Upon completion of your purchase, an invoice and payment instructions will be dispatched to you within a 24-hour. Please note that due to the specific requirements of our business operations, instant payment facilities are not available at this moment. Additionally, due to limited personnel, immediate payment confirmation may not be feasible.

Orders that have been paid for are promptly processed for dispatch the following day. We use FedEx, DHL, or SF-Express for shipping, originating from Shenzhen or Hong Kong, depending on your location. Customers in the Middle East will have their orders shipped via Aramex. Tracking details will be provided approximately four days post-dispatch. We regret that we cannot accommodate orders from India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan.

For your convenience, we accept various payment methods, including credit and bank cards, via PayPal, Stripe, Square and Venmo. We also accept Bitcoin and Western Union.

Should any damages be incurred during transit or if a package fails to reach its destination, we commit to resending the item without any additional charges.
